SJM Handling was formed in 1990 by Sharon, Jackie and Michele.  Sharon's retired now but Jackie and Michele are still here, offering experienced, reliable and customer-focused handling and fulfilment services to clients and agencies. 

What makes SJM different from other handling and fulfilment houses?  We like to think it's our attention to detail, superior levels of customer service and fast response times.  We've got a great reputation and a lot of our work comes through word-of-mouth.  Don't take our word for it, though: we've put testimonials from some of our clients throughout our website for you to read.

We work with logistics, fundraising, events, marketing and PR departments to ensure you always meet your deadlines without hassle.  We're flexible and responsive: we can (and have) turned mailings around within a day.

We've worked on everything from small, one-off mailings to the most unusual campaigns.  We really can do it all, because we're flexible and hands-on.

Most importantly, we're a small but very experienced team and all of us truly care about each campaign we work on.  We'll work closely with you to understand exactly why each individual requirement is important, so we become an extension of your in-house operations.  Our individual approach means we treat each item we handle with care.  We aim to always meet your expectations but, secretly, we much prefer to exceed them.
